Essential documents for carriers
To begin booking routes with Big Money Freight Dispatch, we require our standard carrier packet. This includes your FMCSA operating authority, a Certificate of Insurance (COI), a W-9 form, and a signed Broker-Carrier Agreement. Please also provide your MC# and DOT#. If your carrier uses a factory company, a Notice of Assignment is also required.
